Now that I got all 30+ bolts taken off, how do I seperate the pieces, esp. since they are "glued" together with a very strong caulk (looks like silicon)?

Years ago when I had Empi two-piece wheels I changed the tires myself. With tires mounted, all bolts removed, I would slowly add air. By 10 pounds, the rim halves would separate.

If you've already removed the tires, how about pounding on the mounting surface with a rubber mallet?

Neil, Try Some heat from a heat gun if the wheels are sealed together. I Had BBS Multi Piece on my porsches and the Bolts were Stretch bolts (One Time) And I Used a Plastic wedge and some heat and they came apart..The BBS has a Metal ring with a O-ring in it for sealing..Good Luck!
