Nokian tires at Tire Rack?
I keep wondering when or if Tire Rack will be selling Nokian tires ... They have gotten rave reviews in the STAR, and the Nokian NRW and Hakkapalita Q just got wonderful reviews in Consumer Reports. The NRW, an all-season tire, beat every other winter tire they tested in snow traction.
I'd buy 'em in a heartbeat if Tire Rack would sell them. I'll bet other MB enthusiasts would be interested, too. Right now, you have to call one of 8 Nokian dealers.

Check with etires.com. They sell them. There are also a lot of local dealers--way more than 8. Check around. Walker Tire is a distributor in your area (Nebraska).
My local dealer gave me a super deal on the Hakkas--$100 cheaper for 4 than for Arctic Alpines or Blizzaks. Very nice tire.

Please add Nokian tires to the line up. I bought a set of 4 wheels/tires for my 400e from TireRack, but because TireRack doesn’t sell them, I ordered 4 Nokian WR tires for my ML from somewhere else. TireRack lost a sale. I would like to continue to support TireRack...hopefully they’ll change their corporate minds and support Nokian....

Good to hear I'm not the only one! Given the choice, I'd much rather order from Tire Rack than someone I don't know. Tire Rack has done well by me in previous sales-- great service, reasonable shipping, etc.
Between us on this list, the Ritter/Easley list, and MBCA members overall, I would have to believe there's a very nice market for Nokian tires IF Tire Rack were to offer them ...

I agree. I was sad that I had to buy our Hakka Q's for our BMW from another vendor. My guess is that maybe there is a distributer exclusion or something like that? That would be too bad.
