Question on tire size on two differernt rims

My car 92 300D 2.5 turbo has standard 15 hole rims with 195/65 R15 89H.

My other car 86 300E has chrome rims with P205/60 R15 90H.

Can I take the chrome rims and put on my 195/65 R15 89H tires?

The reason I want to do this is because the 92 has 2 month old mitchelin mxv4 and the car with the chrome rims have dry rotted tires, i want to put the chrome rims on my 92 with the newer tires and then just peice together the other car, is this possible? There is only a small size difference between the two tires... Both sets of rims are using R15, which means its the same rim size right? Thanks in advance.
