How will this new tire size affect my speedo
I just bought a 560SEC. In fact it won't be delivered until Wed or Thurs. It came with stock rims and tires that I don't like so it looks like I bought 16 in. SLK rims with 205-55-16 on the front and 225-50-16 on the rear. I believe the stock tire size on my car is 205-60-15. Is there a place I can go to calculate what, if any, effects, this will have on my speedo reading?
Thanks

Do a search on this. Someone posted a link not long ago that calculated speed for tire diameter. If you can't find it, send me a PM. I have it saved on my office PC.

Thanks for the info. The tire calculator says . . .
Actual speed with new tires - 60.5 mph Indicated speed - 60 I can live with that.
