What is the best way to finish 240D/300D Tires?

What is the best way to finish 240D/300D Tires? I am having them Glass Beaded this week. After that, what is the best way to make them as close as possible to Brand New in condition and appearance.

Could you please specify brands, methods, and techniques?

Is it smarter just to leave them alone, as in bare aluminum? Is this the way they come from the OEM?

Try a search, I believe there were some posts about this 2-3 weeks ago as well as some earlier this year.
