17 inch rims for 560SL

I'm about to order amg replicas in a 17 for my 560. If the tire is sized correctly to compensate, is there any reason that I'd get rubbing? I've seen various posts complaining of rubbing when going to a plus 2 rim.

I have 17x8 BBS RX 2's on my 89 sl w 245-45 17 dunlop sp 9000's and have no problems/// I just took off a set of AMG monoblocks 17x8 et 23 and had no problems with those either, and this car is lowered 1 1/4 inch in the front
