Chrome Plating Wheels

I have a 1991 420 with bad (peeling) chrome plating on stock wheels. Can anybody recommend a place that can sandblast the remaining chrome off (if that doesn't damage the alloy)?

If they can also replate them, it would be a plus! I'm preparing the car for sale
Thanks!
