Will 115 wheels fit a 123?

May be a stupid question but thought I'd ask anyway...

I think they do. Most W123's came with the alloy rims, but the older steel rims will fit. They have the correct offset. You will need the bolts that match the steel rims, though, they are shorter.

For what it's worth, the alloys were also available (in two styles, no less!) for the W108/109.

Thanks guys.
Yeah, I forgot about the wheel bolts being different.
That kind of throws a kink in my plan.
I was going to trade the studded tires off my 240 for the balding tires on the 300 for a trip. But, I have another set of steel wheels off the 240 that I could mount back on the 240 except for not having enough lug nuts...

clock

Hey Fisherman,
We spoke earlier about fixing a clock for a w115. Do you still need one?

Sorry to interupt this thread but I did not have an email address.

clock

Sorry but I don't understand PM.

I got an instrument panel off ebay for 6 bucks and the clock works so if you will pay shipping you can have the clocks from both driver and parts cars. The one clock worked up til a month or so ago. No luck on the high speedo.

I dont get PM either Heres a couple of places in Seattle if your looking for used parts....Roger at Benz Friends 260 762 7576 or Mark at Aurora Auto wrecking 800 426 6464. Benz Friends is a GREAT U pick place but you must bring a good flashlight as allot of "good stuff" is hidden away in dark corners.
