The most important thing is ride quality so should i go with eibachs and bilsteins?

Eibachs are a progressive spring and do offer good ride quality when driving calmly and not pushing to hard. If you get an adjustable shock you should be able to find a comfortable setting for your driving style.

Tell me exactly what to get for the smoothest ride possible when it comes to springs and shocks and I will buy it.

I would suggest the Eibach pro-kit and Koni standard adjustables ... there is no reason to go with a full blown competition shock when you can achieve what you want with the standard adjustables. However, if you have the self-leveling rear suspension we may need to re-think things.
