THinking of putting 215/60/15

hey guys i have a 1993 400e i have teh stock wheels on it it priginally came with 195/65/15's but i m running 205/60/15 yestrday my friend told me that he has perelli's p8000 vizollas and he wants me to take it as they are of no use for him they are 215/60/15 would i be able to put those on my car without any problems and would it change the offset of the wheel please help as i wont ever get thos etires for free he says he has to clean his garage up and if not he ll give it to someone else
please help asap
