8 hole OEM wheels

Can anyone tell me if a set of 8 hole wheels off of a 96 E320
fit my 91 300CE ? I haven't seen the wheels yet but they suppose to be nice, also what are used OEM wheels worth?

they will sit inward a little too much (5mm) but would bolt on
