Will E320/400/420 wheels work on a 1998 C230

The E wheels and C230 wheels are both 15x7 with the 5x112 bolt patern. Will the offset work?

edit::

Actually i think these E wheels are from 1995 which may mean they are 15x6.5. Will they still work with 205's on them?
