13-inch radial whitewall

I recently heard that there is, or soon will be, a 13-inch wide tubeless white wall radial tire produced by Continental. The white wall is/will be about three inches wide.

Does anyone have any knowledge about this tire: section width, rolling diameter or radius, model designation, size, price, availability, etc?
