OEM 5 spoke AMG's on a 1996 SL500. The front rims are 18X8.5 with offset ET25mm and 245/40/18 tires. Rear rims are 18X9.5 with offset ET23mm and 275/35/18 tires.

Since these are the factory recommended sizes will these rub? Will these need fender rolling? JJ if you read this I think you mentioned that pre 1998 SL's would need modifications for the AMG rims, just curious as to the source.

Luke, I would like a definite answer on rubbing before ordering. I had my hand on the order button for tirerack today, but your ship date for the 5 spoke chrome jumped from the middle of May to the end of June!!!! Please tell me you can get them sooner! I dont want to have to turn to ebay.
