Ok, this is what I got so far...

They're off a 1996 VW GTI. The bolts are 15mm diameter and the distance from center of cap to center of bolt is 50mm.

The bolts on your 190E are 12mm.

BBS did make rims for the W201 that looked like their "wire" style.
