optimum tire size question
Hi All,
I need new shoes for my W124 '87 260E with BBS 16X6.5 ET35. It's lowered but not slammed and has a staggered setup right now. I was thinking of 215/50s on all 4s... Also, what brand/type is best for year-round use and most cost effective. Performance would be nice, but I want it to last long and has low road noise. thanks... sjsfiji

I would recommend the 205/55-16 tire size because that will offer the exact same overall diameter that the OE tires were and it is a very popular size that all tire companies make

Thanks, would you rec the $60 Continentals or the $72 one for daily driving?
