Will the 18" AMG wheels from an E55 fit my '98 ML320 without any problems?

probably not, offset is a little lower and they wouldn't have the weight carrying load a truck wheel would. Besides, the E55 has a staggered setup, I don't think thats adviseable with an ML.

The E55 wheels do not have the proper load carrying capacity for your ML320
