If you know your stock offsets, this online wheel offset calculator will tell you how much your new wheels will change from stock dimensions. You can simply measure to ensure you will have sufficient clearance.

Otherwise, you will have to hear from people who have tried on the same wheels you are looking at and learn from their experience, but keep in mind that even different tire profiles may cause rubbing or interference!!
