What does the whell specifications mean. I have 6 J 14 wheels. I understand that that means a 6 inch width, a 14 inch diameter. What does the "J" mean? Is there an offset parameter?

The 'J' refers to the bead style. ET is the offset. The other critical parameter is the backspacing to allow clearance for the brake caliper.
