Yep, the wheels will fit but you'll have to double check the tire size so you don't have any rubbing.

what year c-class ????? if w203 chassis the wheel would be 16x7.5 ET35 and those dimension would work fine

Those wheels are off a 2003 W203 Sedan. I would go with 205/50/16's for the tires.

IMHO, these wheels look out of place on a 201, 202 or 124 car. These cars have crisp lines, thus the sharp and crisp lines of the wheels originally installed. The 203 cars have soft, rounded lines, thus the soft lines of the wheels. This, to me, makes the 203 wheel look extremely odd on one of those earlier models.
