SL rims on a w203 C class

Luke,
I was at a dealer and saw some rims that I thought would look great on my Coupe, from a 2003 SL500. 18 inch, with 255 in front and 285 in rear.

I know that the tires are too big, I would put 225/40/18 in front and 255/35/18 in the rear. Perhaps a little bigger tire on the rear, I have seen a 255/40/17 fit with no problem, so a

The two remaining questions then would be, is the offset ok, and the 12mm bolts from my C230 into the 14mm holes of the wheel.

Are there bolts on the market that had 12mm thread, but at the same time, had a wider bolt head for this specific purpose of fitting 14mm holed wheels onto 12mm cars using the 12mm lugbolt with a 14mm radius ball seat?

i cant address the tire size issue.

bolts: ive never heard of a 12/14mm bolt. im sure you could have a machinist make them. it wouldnt be cheap, and im still not sure the proper fit would be accomplished.

the only way to do it i know is with adapters/spacers, and i would not recommend that route either. this could address an offset issue as well, but again, i just would not recommend it.

MB has lots of wheels that FIT your car, and tirerack.com has many aftermarket wheels as well.
