Minor scratches on the lips. I just cant live w/ it, perfectionist!

You could strip them ( at least the lips ) right down to bare metal, fine-sand the imperfections & have them re-clearcoated, or painted, depending on what finish you had before.

They fix the wheels all the time at the dealer. The guys come out and fix them right on the car. I saw them use a small grinding tool and then repaint to match the rest of the wheel. I talked to the guy fixing the wheels and he said it cost around $50.00 per wheel, but it could vary if the damage was more severe. Perhaps this kind of touch-up is all you need.
