Hey guys maybe you can help me!! I have this friend that has a 99 e300 Diesel. He wants the newer factory e430 5 spoke 16's design, and does not want to mess up ride quality.

Will the 16's [which the size he really wants!] fit correct to factory spec's? And the same for the 17's?! I feel that it won't be a problem in alignment & tire ware issues,it's not like trying to fit a s-class wheel to a e-class. But to convince him is another story!!

I'm looking for a set of wheels for him in this forum. which he's has no time to do! Which I hope I can get these questions answered!! And get him off my back!
