directional tire on W124?

Did anyone use directional tire on W124?

Was the tire life shorter because you cannot change tires left - right when you do rotation?

There are directional tires even in standard size(195/65 15 91H). For example, Falken ZE-512.

yep!

I have em on the 400, I guess a bunch more folks here use em too. Bridgestones, 215-65-15, from tirerack. Wife's car, she loves em, hates the winter tire handling on the dry highway.

Can't say much on wear, still under 30K miles. Treads look good, dedicated snows on from Nov thru March.
