On the back of the rim it has the following marks

Made in Germany

The Tire is a 225x50 VR 16 Pirelli P7

Yup, either Ronal or a clone. Based on the ET and width, that's probably from a W124. Those rims were also sold to fit, and you're going to laugh, VW Vanagons.

On the back side of the wheel, it has a bunch circle with one having an 'R' in the center. (If this helps any)

Footnote

These Ronal R9 wheels have a strong resemblance to the 15" X 7" rims which ATS made for AMG to use on the mid-80s 500SEC models, except that on the genuine AMG wheels, the spokes come out all the way to the bead seat area of the rim instead of ending at the drop center, which makes the rim look larger in diameter, to my elderly eyes at least. All seven of my AMG wheels (three chrome, four with white centers and clearcoated aluminum rims) are ET16, which really sets the tires outward to the maximum degree on a W123 or 126 and gives a more BMW-like road feel -- lots of kickback and pull in ruts, and sensitivity to slight imbalances, etc, but great feel under high lateral g-loads.
