Question ugly 420sel wheels

The wheels on the 420 are not ugly, butt mine are. they had a couple of minor scuffs on them and someone before me decided to spray them poorly with a can of silver paint. My question is that I want to refinish them correctly, but reasonably, can anyone make some suggestions. Glassbead them or do a nice silver paint job on them or what? thanks in advance. CB

I don't know much about paint. I would glass bead, primer, paint and then clear coat finish.
