98 C280 Plastic Wheel Inserts?

I am a newbie to the MB world. I have a C280 that has nice wheels (see pic), but one of the round chrome-look plastic wheel inserts in the middle is peeling off. Where can I find replacements?

Dealer is probably your best choice.
