road hazard question: one tire damaged -> replace a pair or one?

What is usual trend in road hazard program?
If one tire is damaged, do they replace a pair of tires or one tire?

That ........................

Depends on several factors. Mainly which dealer you are dealing with. Also it depends on how worn the tires are and the performance ratings of the tires(applications also).
