Yup, 26 big head bolts, 4 smaller bolts outside the timing chain cavity and 2 small bolts inside the timing chain cavity.

If you fit a -22- head in place of a -14- head you need longer bolts inside the timing chain cavity. I think the -14- head takes 30mm bolts and the -22- head takes 50mm bolts.
