Not sure where you are but in the U.S. it was only 92 to 94. 92s and 93s are 500E and 94s are E500s. There shouldn't be much difference in price between them for comparable cars as it's basically the same car. They do command a huge premium over the 4.2s for the same years that to me seems hard to justify. They also all have generation I ASR which is a bad thing.
