The E430 shouldn't need modification to fit the E55 wheels and tires. Just sold an E430 with E55 wheels and tires and no modification needed. I still have an extra set of E55 wheels and tires if you are interested...less than 2000 miles...MINT condition...$2700 all four wheels and tires
