I bought my film direct from xpel, as in post #7. I bought a generic rectangle kit for the '87 (W124), which has Euro headlights, and I bought two round sets – a pair of 7" and a pair of 5", for the W123, which has Hella headlamps and fogs. The rectangle pieces had enough left over to do the fog lamps on the '96 E300D so I got all three cars covered for under $50, as I recall.
The flatter glass curvature of the Hella lamps in the W123 made installation easy – I'm not sure I could get the film to adhere properly on DOT headlamps with their greater lens curvature.
A year+ later, they're all doing well.
