Short answer is yes. The long answer is if you filter the used motor oil down to 1micron you won't have any particulates in the oil that should cause any harm. But burning motor oil creates much more pollution out your tail pipe than other fuels. Think about how much smoke you get from burning motor oil that gets by the piston rings and valve seals. And if you start putting it in your fuel its gonna be smokey.
