Shouldn't be difficult at all. I pulled mine in the SD. Remove the lower kick panel below the glove box, the plastic screw on the transmission hump is a 90 degree thing, just turn it a bit, it'll probably stay on the kick panel. Look up, you see three to four screws, remove them and work it off.
