Okay, folks, I "think" I have deciphered the following part:
B 46-013 .......... HA Bilstein

I'm thinking it is a Bilstein shock B46-0130 (new part numbering system? --- maybe I'll check the label). Anyway, looks to fit Audi 5000 from 1984-1987. I guess this one is going on eBay.
