The rules are all well and good but you are dealing with kids that have the brain of a chicken at that age. They don't remember to close the door when they come and go or turn out the lights when they leave a room or wipe their feet when they come inside. Children, esp. boys at that age are just a mass of impulsiveness and they act when they feel like it without regard to consequence. That is the reason that there are 105 boy children born for every 100 girls. Watch America's Funniest Videos and Youtube and see who are doing the most dangerous and stupid adventures. It is not girls.
