My Aux fans do kick in and the high speed kicks in at 105%. The VFC does not roar nor do I ever hear it engage and make that roaoring sound that I've heard on other vehicles of the same series. But it is very tight when I shut it off so it is spinning but probably not getting tight enough to spin faster.
