Unplug the hazard switch under the center console. Take a loop of wire and short out terminals #49 and #30 on the plug. If that restores them you will need to strip and clean the flasher switch. The plastic cover on the hazard switch can be sprung open and the contacts and springs removed for cleaning - take careful note of how parts are assembled or you will be left with a Chinese puzzle!!

Remove the plugs at both the switch and the flasher unit and clean the pins and sockets on the plugs. Flasher unit is under the ash try in front of the shift lever.

If the emergency flashers are working it is unlikely to be a fault with the flasher.

Failing that you must check out the switch on the column.
