The water pipe running from the pump to the oil cooler is leaking at the oil cooler. In looking at the service manual, it shows what appears to be a slip fit with an o-ring at the connection. Has anyone replaced this o-ring hopefully without removing the intake? This is the 104 motor with cis. Big aluminum intake in the way of everything, especially hands.. I was hoping that I might be able to take the pipe loose at the pump and just pull forward to get the pipe out of the cooler, to replace the o-ring. Any advise or experience would be helpful.
