hi there guys, im trying to help a fellow RMA alumnus find some Benz buddies in the Atlanta area.......im way down in southwest florida, and i'v been doing my best to talk him through stuff on his "new" '82 SD, but what he really needs is someone to meet him and check out his car and tell him about it.......it sounds like it has the average problems, BUT he says he gets a bad shake at 40-45 mph, and im thinking a wheel bearing maybe, he's hoping for tires needing balanced, it needs to get looked into.......as none of us here are wealthy
he obviously does not need to be taking it off to some strange shop to be thoroughly ripped off for what is sure to be a few minor problems......most things he can do for himself, as we all know...
so if anyone in the Atlanta area wants to go hang out with him sometime and do Benz things that would be perfect.....
