And the guys that approve this won't let me grow a god given (for you religious folks) plant that will grow like a weed with a little water and sunlight.

I am thankful that I live in a country where folks that are religious don't dictate the laws that tell me how to live my life. Been there, done that (Saudi Arabia) and it is not what it is made out to be.

Thank goodness that the destruction that Anslinger and Nixon caused to the youth of America is finally starting to be undone.

Anslinger

Not sure if everyone remembers but Nixon was so crooked that he should have been executed by a firing squad and he started us down this path of the unwinnable "war on drugs". Anslinger was just as screwed up, just during an earlier time.

As I have mentioned before allowing weed to be grown legally would do so much for the southern states economies, a lot more so that the incarceration industry that is currently in place. In addition, did ya'll know that in the US years ago it was against the law NOT to grow it?

I'd be more concerned about the health cost of the obese than some working joe relaxing with a blunt. The wife tells me all the time about the 300 - 400 pound patients that come in the hospital that are on the dole because they are unable to work and be productive citizens because of their weight. Most of them are in their 30's and 40's I guess because thankfully, it eventually kills them off. I do not see the government trying to outlaw obesity though. Well maybe in spdrun's fair city where they outlawed the large soda - LOL. For the most part I can only surmise it has something to do with the junk food lobbiest. With that said have any of ya'll ever seen an overweight Taliban?
