The seller has fairly described his car. Pity about the nitpicking/lowballing. During the "gray market" era in Texas, the things required to federalize cars here in Texas varied all over the map. Some shops added the nasty bumpers and maybe even the offending 3rd CHMSL.

Looks like a nice car I would have as a stable mate for my Euro 350SE.
