Tram had me check the inner races were staying stationary and not spinning on the spindle. Both inner and outer bearings are spinning, tested using the old ones. Found interesting they don't fit left and right, just the side they came off of. So much there is grooves cut into the face of the spindle and the front of the right outer bearing has been ground down. All four bearings made in Japan...
