With this injection pump is there a way to look at rack position and / or rack command? If the rack command / position is max fuel , I'd look to fuel delivery issues.
As far as I know, the the IP wiring looks sealed off, no connectors or weather pack seals to T pin into. I would have to cannabilize that harness.
If I had a Xentry scanner this would be 5000x times easier.

It's not worth it checking both ends, the exhaust manifolds would have to come off. It's a solid piece of pipe.

The bolts are in the most horrid spots.
