The 314's have a slightly larger orifice and a slightly different spray pattern. They will fit the "vertical" or the "inclined" injectors for the 603's. No need to do anything to timing or the injection pump, the injection timing is a function of pop pressure and IP timing. Pop pressure is the same 1950PSI for any nozzle you put in there.
