Well there is OE - which is original - probably Mercedes Classic Center only ? not sure
OEM - meets original specs and quality - most suppliers have these, but not all
If they are not OE or OEM, just take a look from time to time. You should be fine since you have been driving . Mine literally failed in less than 100 miles. I was new to the world of fixing up old cars, learned my lesson .... good luck
