This makes a lot of sense as the engine in my W110 is a OM615.940 and I believe that it came from a 10 years younger W115, although that is just a guess. I have no history on the car.

I inspected the new parts again, and I do not see any identifying markings. The transmission mount has only the word VORN with an arrow, which I assume is German for FRONT. I will definitely report back here if I see any degradation.
