Stevo is right. You can't do this without verifying the steering box is centered, which requires a special tool (might be able to fabricate something to work though). Normal procedure is:

1- Insert steering box centering lock tool
2- Perform alignment (at MB dealer only)
3- If steering wheel is off center, R&R the wheel and install it properly

You DO NOT center the wheel on a Mercedes by tweaking the tie rods evenly!!! A good independent alignment shop can also do the work, IF they know how to do MB's, and have the two special tools (spreader bar for tires, and steering box lock screw).
