I've heard that eBay lets their "power sellers" get away with murder, figuratively, and they take very little action against them even when they KNOW they're wrong. That's because guys like this Big Baboon sell a lot of items, which MAKES MONEY for EBAY. Trying to get any justice out of them is like pulling teeth. And good luck ever getting a live person on the phone to explain things to (I don't think that's even possible.) Similar stories abound with PayPal - don't ever leave funds in there too long, because if a complaint is made against you, they can freeze your account for as long as they damn well please. Check out
