I've been learning about the rules/regulations of Mercedes Concours and also speaking with the director with regards to this. From what I've gathered acceptable changes to MB's for street class cars are lghts in general, wheels and tires and other minor changes which were offered for the vehicle during the dates built. If I was to install an aftermarket wheel or even the newer MB wheels, I would have points deducted. The billboard which described my car included the modifications I made, but if you look close you'll see my car no longer wears the Avantgarde Grille.
